It’s been a while since we’ve done one of these, and I’ve lost count. So here’s to the uncounted weekly round-up of cool stuff from around the internet! This week we’re featuring weird old lost stuff.
Sword Codes
Earlier this year the British Library put a 13th century sword on display, and asked the world to help them decipher the cryptic writing on it’s blade. The text is “NDXOXCHWDRGHDXORVI” and so far no one has gotten anywhere with it.
Lost Chinese Caves
There are two large, abandoned, and inexplicable man-made caverns in China. There are no record of these caves being built, and no artifacts have been found. They were clearly used for something, and even appear livable.
